Ratanmahal Wildlife Sanctuary, also known as Ratanmahal Sloth Bear Sanctuary, is located in the Dahod district of Gujarat, near the border with Madhya Pradesh.
Breif Description Of The Program : Ratanmahal Wildlife Sanctuary, also known as Ratanmahal Sloth Bear Sanctuary, is located in the Dahod district of Gujarat, near the border with Madhya Pradesh. Established in March 1982, it is renowned for its significant population of sloth bears. As far as Flora and Fauna is concern, the forest is rich with Teak, Bamboo, Timru, Sadad and Mahuda trees. The sanctuary is home to a variety of wildlife, including leopards,palm civets, Indian civets, four-horned antelope, and langurs. We may also get chance to see Flying Squirrel.
Our stay will be in Naldha Eco Tourism campsite near village Kanjeta. Naldha waterfall is one of the attractions for trackers. Trek to Naldha waterfall and taking bath in waterfall will be memorable moment.
Date: 10th & 11th August, 2024.
Reporting: 09th August 24 at 11.15 pm, Bus will start at 11:30 pm sharp.
Location: At Nehru Nagar Char Rasta Circle, Opp. Bikanerwala, Ahmedabad.
Camps ends: Return by 11.30 pm on 11th August 2024.
Age: Strictly 10 years and above if participating alone.
Activites: Birds watching, Campfire, Star gazing & to learn about flora and fauna of Ratanmahal Forest.
Stay: Tented Accommodation (4 participants on sharing basis-separate for Male and Female Participants).
Camp Fees: Rs. 3500/- per participant (Including Traveling by 3 x 2 Bus, Food and Stay).

You have to Bring : Walking or Trekking Shoes, Sun-Cap,1 Ltr. Water Bottle, Personal Medicines, Mosquito repellant Cream, Slippers, Spoon & Glass, Pen, Notebook, Binoculars, blanket etc. Do Not Carry Disposable Products.

Cancellation
50% of camp fees will be refunded if cancelled before 07.08.2024. Thereafter no refund.
