Breif Description Of The Program: First Base Camp Kedambe is situated in Jawli Taluka of Satara District. SangamMahuli and KshetraMahuli are Two Villages that are located at the confluence of the River Vienna and the River Krishna in the Satara District. Chalkewadi is famous for Windmills and belongs to Taluka Patan of Satara District. Kas-Pathar is the Valley of Flowers in Maharashtra & is the International Heritage Site. Thoseghar Waterfalls is a scenic spot located near the small village of Thoseghar. Mahabaleshwar is a famous hill station in Maharashtra. Par is a village nestled in the adjoining valley towered by the Hills of Mahabaleshwar&Panchgani& mighty Hill fort Pratapgadh. Visiting the fort Pratapgadh of historical importance, the Adishakti Ram Vardayini Temple, and the historical bridge erected by Shivaji Maharaja on the Koyna River – still standing today is like going back in history. Koyna reservoir (Shivsagar Dam) is the biggest electricity-producing dam in Maharashtra. Tapole offers boating activities in the dam. It is situated on a backwater arm of the Koyna Dam. The ancient temple at Old Mahabaleshwar where 5 rivers originate, is at least 1000 years old. Visiting the MahabaleshwarBazar and the points, its rugged cliffs offer an unique experience.
Day Wise Schedule:
Day 1 : Reporting at YHAI MSB Office at 2, Regent Chamber, JeribaiWadia Rd, Paral Naka, Mumbai 400 012 in between 10.30 p.m. to 11.30 pm. Proceed for Base Camp by Bus Time – 12.30 a.m.
Day 2 : Arrival at Base Camp Kedambe – 7.00 a.m.
Report at Base Camp Kedambe Taluka Jawli, District Satara. Kelghar is the Bazar Village on the way of Satara–Mahabaleshwar State Highway. Village Kedambe is 3km. from Kelghar.
Allotment of rooms.The allotment will be done taking into consideration of family members. Ladies and Gents will have separate accommodation.
Breakfast – 8.00 a.m.
Proceed for Site Seeing time – 9.30 a.m. (Mahuli-Fort Ajinkyatara-Chalkewadi-Thoseghar Waterfalls and back to Base Camp)
Dinner 8 to 9 pm. Lights off at 10:00 pm
Day 3 : Breakfast – 8.00 a.m.
Proceed for Site Seeing ( KasPathar-Village Bamnoli-Village Tapole- Village Kusumbi-Akiv Waterfall near Kusumbi Village)
Dinner 8 to 9 pm. Lights off at 10:00 pm
Day 4 : Breakfast – 8.00 a.m.
Proceed for Site Seeing ( Village Bhilar also known “VILLAGEOFBOOKS” – Panchgani-Lingmala Waterfall-Mahabaleshwar 5 points) Mahabaleshwar Shopping Between 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Arrival to Mumbai 9.00 p.m.

The vehiclefacility is arranged for going to Base Camp from YHAI MAHARASHTRA STATE BRANCH OFFICE – 2.
