Breif Description Of The Program : Trek to lohgad fort, sightseeing around lonavala, visiting historical caves, boating & stay at pawana dam.
Schedule Of Programme :
Day 1 : Report at Youth hostels, Malavali between 11:00 to 1:00 pm.
Registration and lunch 1:00 to 2:00 pm
Proceed to Pawana dam by bus at 3:00 pm
Enjoy Pawana dam from 4:00 pm onwards, boating, etc.
Stay at the banks of Pawana Dam in tents.
Light off at 10:00 pm
Day 2 : Breakfast at Pawana dam at 8:00 am.
Proceed to fort Lohgad at 8.30 am
Trekking to fort Lohgad from 9:00 to 12.30 pm
Proceed to prati pandharpur
Lunch 1.30 pm
Proceed for the Ambie valley area at 2.30 pm
Visit Ambie valley gate, airport, Nandgaon shivling, Lions point,
Rajmachi point, Duke’s Nose, Sunset
Back to Base Camp.
Dinner at 9.30 pm
Light off at 10.30 pm
Day 3 : Breakfast at 8:00 am
Proceed for Karla caves and Ekvira temple at 9:00 am
Base camp 12:30 pm
Lunch at 1:00 pm
Proceed for Bedase Caves at 2:00 pm
Enjoy Bedase Caves from 3:00 to 4.30 pm
Proceed to Lonavala at 5:00 pm
Visit Vax museum & Narayandham Temple from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Dinner at 9.30 pm
Light off at 10.30 pm
Day 4 : Breakfast at 8:00 pm
Programme breaks after Breakfast.
Who Can Participate?
10 years to 65 years. However, it is compulsory that an Indemnity bond be given upto the year 18 above 60 year. Specimen is attached herewith.
How To Reach The Base Camp :
BY Railway : Malavali is a railway station on lonavala to pune railway route. it is the next stn to lonavala.
By Road : Malavali is on the mumbai-pune old highway. turn to the right at karle fork, take a right just before the rly station, and follow the road up to the premises.

Accommodation Facilities : Hostel & tentage at pawana dam
Food & Water Supplies : Simple vegetarian food and hygenic water will be supplied.
What participants should along : Spare clothes, sun cap, water bottle, SPORTS SHOES, personal Medicines, bedsheets, towel,uuden cloth, soap,, toothpaste, toothbrush, titbits of food, torch, monkey cap, YHAI Card etc.
Additional Notes : However all the precautions are taken we will not be responsible for any mishap, or accident.
Safety & Security : Expert guide will be on the tour. Insurance of each participant is taken.
Cancellation Policy :
1) In case you are unable to join the programme due to any reason, you will get a 100% Credit Shell of the participation fees which will be valid till December 2023. The request for cancellation or transfer or postponement must be received by us by email or any written mode before 7 days from the reporting date of your program. After that no request of transfer or refund or postponement will be considered. No refund will be applicable for any cancellation of a seat and credit shell will be provided only.
2) If the next programme opted by you is cheaper, you may use the balance amount in any of the Trek till Dec 2023.
3) If the next opted programme is costlier, the trekker has to pay the differential amount.
4) If the trekker opts for the same programme that was cancelled, he/she will not be charged extra even if the price goes up next year.
5) You may transfer your seat to your family members and friends also.
Note: If the scheduled programme due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities, situation byond our controll then only 25% of the amount if paid in full will be remitted. The discriminary power vests with MSB fully.
