After a successful transaction Admit Card will be generated. Participant has to carry an “Admit Card & Membership Card”(a photo copy of membership card may also be accepted) at the time of reporting to the Camp site.

Accommodation Facilities : Semi-furnished, Double-bedded, Bath attached; Non-AC room willbe Provided per family

What participants should bring along : Water Bottle, Cap, Raincoat and Required Medicines (As per your personal requirement, which you regularly use at home)
Family with infants should take care of the necessities for the baby such as feeding bottle, any supplements etc…
Additional Note : Smoking, use of alcohol and narcotics of any description is strictly prohibited during the course of the program.

Cancellation Policy : In case of cancellationof booking, it must be informed in advance to the programme coordinator by sending email.
Cancelation of participation on or before 25.07.2022, 75 % of the received total amount will be refunded (excluding gateway payment service charge).
No refund will be applicable for any cancellation after25.07.2022. But you may transfer your booking to your extended family members, relatives or friends by sending email.
