Please Note that : Polo Forest camp is individual / Family camp. Separate accommodation for Ladies and gents will be provided and allotment of accommodation will be finalized by Committee at Campsite. Decision of Committee will be final.
Camp Site : Original Polo Forest Campsite belonging to Forest Department.
Date : 28th to 30th October, 2022.
Camp Fees : Tent Charges Rs. 1600/- Per Person and AC Room Charges Rs.2200/- Per Person.
– YHAI Membership Compulsory. Participation Certificate will be provided on completion of camp.
Reporting : Direct Reporting at Campsite latest by 10.30 am on 28th October and disbursement after Breakfast on 30th October 2022. All Members are requested to bring their Adhar Card with them.
Age : Above 10 years for Individual. Kids allowed with family.
Stay : At AC rooms (on sharing basis 4 participants in a room) and Tents (on sharing basis 6 participants in a tent) located at Polo Forest Camp Site.
You have to Bring : Walking or Trekking Shoes, Sun-Cap,1 Ltr. Water Bottle, Personal Medicines, Mosquito repellant Cream, Slippers, Spoon & Glass, Pen, Notebook, Binoculars etc.
Activities : Trekking, Birds watching, Campfire etc.

On successful submission of form you will be informed by WhatsApp / call and bank details will be shared where total camp fee of Rs. 1600/- or Rs.2200/- is required to be paid online and need to share payment detail / screen shot on mobile no. 9426579937.
Confirmation message for enrollment for camp will be sent through WhatsApp.

Cancellation : 50% of camp fees will be refunded if cancelled before 26.10.2022. Thereafter no refund in camp fees.
